  • Hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Drop-off: 8:55–9:00 AM

  • 8:55–9:00 Drop-off + Check-in (5 min)
  • 9:00–9:10 Exploration Time (10 min)
  • 9:10–9:25 Warm-up + Camp Rules (15 min)
  • 9:25–10:25 Obstacle Stations + Organized Gym Games (60 min)
  • 10:25–10:45 Break #1 (Snack + Water) (20 min)
  • 10:45–11:30 Theme Activity of the Day (45 min)
  • 11:30–11:50 Break #2 (Snack + Water + Reset) (20 min)
  • 11:50–12:20 Team Games (30 min)
  • 12:20–12:50 Open Gym Time (Coach-supervised) (30 min)
  • 12:50–1:00 Cooldown + Pick-up (10 min)

What to Bring

  • Two (2) healthy snacks (one per break)
  • Plenty of water (large labeled water bottle)

What to Wear

Comfortable athletic clothes, hair tied back if long, no accessories (necklaces/bracelets/long earrings/smartwatch). Footwear: barefoot or grippy socks (follow gym policy).
